WSW converted an old Prezzo restaurant into a dental practice.
Client Requirements:
The client required all refurbishment works to be carried out with minimal disruption to the local community. The client required WSW to completely transform the building with suitable, modern upgrades.

- Full strip including demolition
- M&E and HVAC
- Partitions
- Specialist lead walls and doors
- Joinery/decoration/flooring
- Bespoke reception desk
- Signage
- Shop front refurbishment
Results and Outcome:
