Scope of Works
Project Overview:
We were engaged to carry out a two-phase refurbishment project at Watlington School in Oxfordshire, with a focus on revitalising the school’s educational spaces. The primary objective was to enhance the school's playground entrance, creating a more welcoming and modern environment. The project was completed within an eight-week timeframe and aimed to improve the overall atmosphere.
Client Requirements:
The client required a comprehensive refurbishment of the school’s playground entrance as part of their broader efforts to upgrade the school’s facilities. The goal was to transform the outdated entrance into a modern, inviting space that would not only enhance the school’s appearance but also contribute to a positive atmosphere for students, staff, and visitors. Watlington School sought to create a welcoming environment that would inspire students and foster a more vibrant learning experience.

- Removal of Old Canopies: The outdated and worn canopies at the school’s entrance were removed to make way for a fresh, modern design.
- Installation of New Canopies: High-quality, durable canopies were installed to provide functional shelter while improving the aesthetic appeal of the playground entrance.
- Playground Entrance Refurbishment: Comprehensive updates were made to the playground entrance, including improving the walkway, adding modern features, and enhancing safety and accessibility to create a more inviting space for students, staff, and visitors.
