Scope of Works
Project Overview:
WSW Refurbishments completed a refurbishment project for Unit H in Barton Park in Eastleigh. This included external and internal refurbishment works to restore the former bus service depot.
Client Requirements:
IPIF and JLL required new shutter doors, new flooring, cladding and M&E works.
Scope of Works:
- Roof cladding
- External elevation cladding
- New roller shutter doors
- Redecorations
- New flooring
Results and Outcome:
The project was completed to an extremely high standard. WSW Refurbishments overcame challenges with steelwork and pit infills to complete a full restoration.
