Scope of Works
Project Overview:
WSW successfully designed and installed fire alarm systems at one of Buckinghamshire’s most prestigious schools. WSW integrated fire systems into the existing system previously installed within the school. Defective and non-compliant door sets were replaced with bespoke fire-rated ones. These included fully glazed-over and side panels to allow maximum visibility and light transfer in common areas of the school.
Client Requirements:
To reduce the impact on the working school, work was undertaken outside of school hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full testing and certification were undertaken and produced on completion.
Scope of Work:
- Design and installation of Fire Alarm System
- Removal of non-fire-rated door sets
- Installation of new compliant made to measure fire-rated door sets
- Associated works
Results and Outcomes:
The work was completed to a high standard and was on time, working around the school to minimise disruption.
