WSW Refurbishments has recently completed a comprehensive refurbishment project at Unit H, Barton Park, Eastleigh, on behalf of IPIF and JLL. The £950,000 contract involved a complete industrial refurbishment, transforming the space to modern standards.

The scope of work included external enhancements such as roof and elevation cladding, installation of new roller shutter doors, and redecorations. Inside, the team upgraded mechanical and electrical systems, refurbished office and welfare areas, and applied a durable resin coating to the floors. Additionally, WSW partnered with a specialist contractor to address pit infills, a unique challenge presented by the building's history as a former bus service depot.
