WSW Refurbishments has completed Internal Remedial Works for a communal area at Rutherford House in Battersea following water damage. The respected client, Paradigm, expressed great satisfaction with the outcome and has selected WSW to undertake a flat refurbishment.
Rutherford House, Battersea Park Rd Corridor Refurbishment After Leak
Constructed in 2013 by Barratt Homes, Rutherford House is a 5-storey development facing onto Battersea Park Road. The development consists of a private residential block and a social block to the rear.

Scope of works included:
- Segregate and prepare area for works
- Strip out and preparation of water damaged communal and affected flat walls/ ceilings and flooring.
- Renew damaged metal partitioning/ ceilings/ insulation and reinstate as per original build.
- Redecorate and renew flooring to communal areas.
Due to the success of the communal refurbishment at Rutherford House, the client, Paradigm, has now appointed WSW to carry out an apartment refurbishment at the same location.
The scope of works will include:
- Strip out of the apartment including all electrical cabling , plasterboard ceilings, walls and frames.
