Scope of Works
Project Overview:
WSW completed a comprehensive residential wing and common area refurbishment project for Greensleeves at one of their flagship care homes in Sevenoaks, Kent. The works were situated across two wings on the ground floor, operating across two phases to minimise disruption. The project included replacing all mechanical and electrical services and installing thermostatic valves and LED lighting to improve energy efficiency. Shower formers were set into the concrete for level access with new gravity or pumped waste solutions as required. Installations were designed to ensure full DDA compliance.
Client Requirements:
To ensure minimal impact on the residents as works proceeded, a decorative finish was also undertaken to the architects’ design, culminating in a functional and stylish finish to the project.
