The client required all refurbishment works to be carried out with minimal disruption to the residents.

- Window refurbishments
- Replacement of timber frames
- Installation of UPVC
- Full M&E installations & Servicing
- Raised Access Flooring
- Design and compliance with conservation area and planning requirements
Results and Outcome:
The external works were carried out to a high standard and the team ensured minimal disruption and inconvenience to any residents.
