Scope of Works
Project Overview:
WSW refurbished a comprehensive commercial office space and common area in Holborn, London. The contract was awarded after offering post-tender value engineering options to bring the contract figure within the client's budget expectations. The works were completed across the whole building, occupying four floors. The two unoccupied floors formed part of our CAT A works, along with roof, stair, and lobby space works. WSW also undertook a refurbishment of two of the shared WC locations.
Client Requirements:
The works included a complete refurbishment of the office and common space. The client specifically required a new roof plant, which required heavy lifting provisions to facilitate.

Results and Outcome:
The works were phased to ensure minimal impact on the occupied floors within the building. The client provided a detailed M&E design, which we adopted and developed into a streamlined and aesthetically pleasing installation. High-quality finishes were provided to the common and WC areas.
